In December 1999, we received the prestigious 'Investors in People' award in recognition of the Company's ongoing commitment to the training and development of all staff. This award is subject to re-assessment processes, all of which we have successfully completed.

A recent survey conducted by Laing and Buisson amongst relatives of the residents in all our homes has resulted in a very high level of satisfaction which was judged to be well above the national average.

The Commission for Social Care Inspection is our regulatory body, they require us to undergo rigorous inspection and assessment processes. Our reports clearly demonstrate the high scores we have achieved in all areas of service delivery and they are published for inspection on www.csci.org.uk
